Despite a late check-in at around 11 PM, the room was clearly not ready for occupancy. The main area was dusty throughout, and for some reason, the air conditioner took a long time to even switch on.The condition of the toilet was unacceptable—it appeared used and emitted a strong smell of urine upon entry. Additionally, essential fixtures like the health faucet and tap were not working properly. I have attached photos and videos for your reference.The service from the staff was equally unsatisfactory. They were unprofessional and kept calling us repeatedly to remind about the checkout time, showing no flexibility whatsoever. I was staying with my 2-year-old child and had made a few reasonable requests, which were met with zero considerations.This stay did not meet even the basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, or hospitality, and I hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve the experience for future guests.

The toilet were not washed maybe for years,there were mold hard to rest and sleep due to smelly unwashed toilet.

Bedsheets and towels with stains. Every morning same breakfast and only coffee is available.

Location change was not mentioned. Dinner was not available on arrival. Focus was more towards a wedding reception on that day

Room was basic but comfortable. Sheets and towels were old and kinda stained - even for a value deal, that's not cool.The restaurant at the hotel isn't functioning as yet. But that is no excuse for a sub-standard breakfast. Watery coconut chutney, refried vadas and puris, same bhaji and sambar on both days. That is just unacceptable.

Unwelcoming staff, restaurant facilities very poor,, Made to pay more than booking. Com tariff, the staff explained that additional money is commission for "Booking.com":Would like to know "if booking. Com", charges additional monies as commission?

It was kept clean. Bathroom facility was horrible. Staff were not helpful. Food was average.

Wi-Fi not working on my day in second floor. No fan arrangement in my room. But on second day I was transferred to first floor and room was good and Wi-Fi available
